Your Best Recruiter Is Already on Your Roster

Across every brokerage we've looked at this year, one channel converts and retains at multiples of every other source: agents on your roster recruiting other agents. Luxury Presence's recent recruiting guide cites a 70% longer tenure for referral hires. Our own conversations with broker-owners put the conversion rate at 3–5x cold outreach.
